Join us on June 2, 2026 at 5-7 PM at Sam Adams Downtown Boston Taproom (60 State St, Boston, MA) for an insightful and interactive session featuring preceptors and Residency Program Directors (RPDs) from hospitals across Greater Boston area to help with your transition from resident to your first job post-residency.
This panel will cover essential topics such as navigating insurance coverage, financial resources, excelling in your first 30 days at a new job, managing and avoiding burnout, professional engagement and involvement, networking, overcoming imposter syndrome when precepting, and board certification. In addition, there will be an opportunity to network with our panelists and ask further questions that you have as you get ready to move into this new chapter of your professional career. Light refreshments will be provided.
